Boutique-minded orthodontists who prioritize care quality and high-touch patient experiences over high-volume transactions. If you care about every operational touchpoint and refuse to run a generic "fast-food" clinic, you're our ideal partner.

Practitioners unwilling to settle for cookie-cutter booking widgets, slow load times, or clunky patient handoffs. We build for those who want total control, native PMS integrations, and custom digital infrastructure.

We do not build for corporate DSO chains focused on template scale and raw volume metrics. We believe clinical autonomy and patient relationship depth are the soul of elite orthodontics.

Pure Transaction Focus

If your practice model centers on high-volume, transactional scheduling with a focus on template operations over custom brand experiences, we are likely not the right alignment.

Hands-Off Operators

We are not a traditional "set-it-and-forget-it" marketing firm; we act as collaborative technology partners. If your operational team is looking for a hands-off service without active, joint optimization, we'd genuinely point you toward firms better suited to that model.

How We Decide

Our vetting process is structured as an collaborative dialogue, transforming a filter into a highly professional process.

A brief, focused call where we do most of the listening. We want to understand your practice — how you built it, what's frustrating you, and what you want the next chapter to look like.

Territory & partner alignment.

We check your geographic market availability. If nearby markets are claimed, we speak with our existing partners first to ensure there are no conflicts of interest before taking another step. We take that responsibility seriously.

Product discovery, not an audit.

If there's mutual fit, we dig into your current digital infrastructure together — your website, booking flow, search signals, and patient data. This isn't vetting. It's the beginning of building. We're looking for where the leverage is so we can start with the highest-impact work first.

If the fit is mutual, we'll propose a clear scope together. No pressure in either direction — we'd rather pass on a partnership that isn't right than force one that is.

Partnerships range from $1,500 to $4,000 per month, scoped cleanly to your practice's size and needs. No setup fees. No annual contracts. No upsells.

The range reflects practice size, complexity, and what you need solved first. A newer practice optimizing one channel looks different from an established practice rebuilding everything. Both are welcome.

And when the pace of work pulls back, so does the price. We don't hold you to a rate that no longer reflects the effort. Most agencies don't do this — we think it's the only honest way to work.
