What is Reserve with Google?

As part of our partnership with Google, OrthoAscend enables your practice's "Book Consult" action to appear with priority placement across Google Maps, Google Search, and Google Business profiles. This gives prospective patients a seamless path to schedule a consultation directly from Google.

If you prefer not to participate in this integration, you may opt out below. Opting out means:

• Your practice's booking action will be removed from the Reserve with Google program
• Patients will no longer see the "Book Consult" button on your Google listing through this integration
• Your existing Google Business profile will not be affected in any other way

Can I opt back in later?

Yes. If you change your mind, contact us at product@orthoascend.io and we will re-enable the integration for your practice.

When does the opt-out take effect?

We process opt-out requests within 5 business days. Google may take an additional 1–2 business days to fully remove the booking action from your listing.

Will this affect my existing Google Business profile?

No. Opting out only removes the Reserve with Google booking integration. Your Google Business profile, reviews, photos, and other information will remain unchanged.
